Evaluating the Competition
Other sellers are in direct competition with you, especially
if the homes they are selling have features and amenities in common with
yours. It is my job to be knowledgeable about the homes that are comparable
to yours and to evaluate and emphasize the strengths while managing the
challanges of your property in the marketplace.
With your help I will look at the various factors.
* What are the important selling points of your
home?
* How many comparable homes are on the market?
* What are the prices that comparable homes have been selling for recently?
* Which comparable homes did not sell?
